We began as Penpals, writing real post office letters to each other and developing a beautiful friendship with trust and respect. We communicated, giving our thoughts to each other and love began to grow in our hearts. It was important that Delaney would come to the Philippines to meet me and my family. We were both cautious in the beginning. Because we were both serious to have this relationship, We were both nervous... but we had an open mind to each others desire to be together forever.

We did not use eMail in the beginning and that was a good thing.  There is nothing Romantic about an eMail message and I loved receiving Delaney's letters in an Envelope with a real Post office stamp on his letters. I knew he was serious for me coz he took time to write a real letter to me.  Also it was so nice to have his letter in my hands that I could share with my family and friends.  I saved all his letters to me and he saved my letters to him.  I learned to trust him coz he took the time to write to me with real letters, not just a rush email to me.

IT was definitely worth the time and effort we spent to get to know each other.  For Us....  it is the Best Thing we ever did in our lives....  We have now celebrated 6 years of marriage as of January 2007 and love grows stronger with each passing day, month and year together....
